DonDoh, Lima (2016), inspired by traditional Japanese izakayas and robatayakis, we created a unique experience focused on robata-style grilling.
After seven years we expanded our presence with restaurants in Santiago de Chile (2021) and Bogota (2022), with plans to soon continue igniting the grills around the world.

The robata, a classic at DonDoh, is a Japanese grill with over two thousand years of history. This technique, known as “robatayaki,” involves cooking ingredients on skewers over open flames within reach of diners. At DonDoh, we keep this tradition alive by having our robata visible to everyone, an essential part of our gastronomic experience.
